About Florish
Florish was born from lived experience. From a longing to bring softness to a path that often feels anything but gentle.
Our founder, Vivienne, walked this road herself. Because there was no clear medical explanation for why pregnancy didn’t come, she began exploring a more holistic path. After years of uncertainty, waiting, and quiet heartbreak, she slowly discovered the power of gentle, mindful practices.
Along the way, there were women, practitioners, who offered mindful tips she still holds close. One of them was to check in with herself more often: Is your belly soft? Is your breath relaxed? From one to ten, how are you feeling emotionally?
Little by little, these simple check-ins, affirmations, mantras, and daily meditations became her quiet source of strength. Over time, she found herself feeling calmer, and with much more trust in her body and her journey, than she had in the years before, even as the months continued to pass.
Florish was created for every woman on this path to feel that same calm, and trust, and to feel she is not alone.
