16 JANUARY 2027 · IN NATURE NEAR UTRECHTPAUSE
A day to listen, nourish, move and reconnect with yourself.
A one-day fertility retreat for women for whom getting pregnant doesn’t come easily. From 9:30 to 17:00, including a nourishing lunch.
Hosted by a fertility nutritionist, a fertility yoga therapist, and the founder of Florish, who knows this path firsthand.
When trying to conceive takes more than you expected
Month after month of hoping, waiting, grieving, and uncertainty asks a lot of you. Your body can start to feel like it's working against you.
PAUSE is an invitation to step out of the month-to-month and turn towards your body with care instead of frustration. To listen, to nourish, and to become a team again.
This day is for you if…
You’ve been trying for a while, and it isn't happening the way you hoped.
You're in the middle of tests, IUI, IVF, or somewhere in between.
You're carrying loss, waiting, or the quiet weight of secondary infertility.
You long for a day where you don't have to explain anything.
WHY WE JOIN FORCESBody, nourishment and mind – held in one day
PAUSE was created by three women who each support others on the fertility journey: Amélie, a fertility nutritionist; Katia, a fertility yoga therapist; and Vivienne, founder of Florish, who guides women through meditations and gatherings. In our work, we see how fertility support often comes in pieces: an appointment here, an app there, a book at night.
We also know how much this journey asks of you, far beyond the clinic: of your relationship, your work, your friendships, your social life. Together we can offer what none of us can alone: a whole day where your body, your plate and your mind are cared for at once, in a room full of women who truly understand. This day is for you.
The women behind PAUSE
Amélie van der Aa
Amélie is a fertility and pregnancy nutritionist and the founder of Goodnesst, her online nutrition practice. She supports women and couples who are trying to conceive, naturally or through IVF, and often works with complex cases such as recurrent miscarriage and unexplained infertility. Her approach combines evidence-based nutrition with functional testing to find the root causes behind fertility challenges, from gut health and hormones to egg and sperm quality. She loves delicious food, and helps women on this path find joy in food again.
FERTILITY & PREGNANCY NUTRITIONIST
Katia Khomich
Katia is a fertility-focused yoga therapist and holistic health coach based in Amsterdam. Through yoga therapy, mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system practices, she helps women reconnect with their bodies, process difficult emotions, and navigate the fertility journey with more trust.
She is also the host of the She Thrives Podcast, where she speaks with leading experts in women's health, including fertility specialist Dr Natalie Crawford.
FERTILITY YOGA THERAPIST & HOLISTIC COACH
Vivienne founded Florish, a home for women on the fertility journey, where she creates guided meditations and hosts gatherings. Her own path to motherhood took multiple years, a whole circle of practitioners, and it was meditation that helped her soften the harsh inner voice and find trust in her body again. Today she is walking the path of secondary infertility, which makes this work deeply personal and present. Through the events she organises, Vivienne offers what she wished she’d had on her journey: gentle support and a space to feel held and connected.
