Small Resets In Your Day

A small preview

Here are 3 of the 25 practices. The rest is waiting for you inside the guide.

01

Throughout the day, at your desk, waiting in line, check: is your tongue pressing into the roof of your mouth? Let it drop. This tiny release signals safety to your nervous system.

Let your tongue rest

02

In your car, alone in a room, before opening the bathroom door: a full exhale with sound. Don't hold back. Releases held tension instantly.

Sigh it out loud

03

Wrap your arms around yourself, a literal self-hug. Hold for as long as you need and breathe. The physical touch signals safety to your nervous system. You can add words if they help: "I'm here. I've got you."

Hug yourself

A PERSONAL NOTE FROM VIVIENNE

If you've found your way here, chances are your body has been carrying a lot. Maybe for months. Maybe for years. Often, without you even realizing it.

Years ago, during my own fertility journey, an osteopath told me something I wasn't ready to hear. It took me a long time to understand what he meant – and even longer to learn how to listen to what my body was trying to tell me.

This guide is what I wish I'd had back then. Not another thing to manage – just gentle invitations. Take what resonates. Leave the rest.

Small habits, repeated over time, go a long way.

The full personal note is included in the guide.

What to remember

Start small.
Repetition matters more than intensity.

You don't need to do everything.
Choose one or two practices and repeat them for a few days.

Your body isn't failing you.
It's responding to something real.

You are not alone in this.

I don't believe we can control fertility. But we can change how safe the body feels while we walk through it.
